帳票アプリでいちばん知りたいのは「どんな紙が出るのか」だと思います。実際にこのアプリで書き出したPDFを、そのまま置いてあります。印刷して、いつもお使いの封筒に入れて確かめてください。
What matters most in a billing app is the document it produces. These are PDFs exported by the app itself. Print them and check them against the envelopes you use.
見本の会社名・住所・登録番号はすべて架空のものです。 All company names, addresses, and registration numbers in the samples are fictitious.
アプリについて About
きっちり請求は、個人事業主・一人親方の方が、請求書と見積書をiPhoneだけで作ってPDFにするアプリです。適格請求書（インボイス）の記載要件に沿った書式で、消費税は税率ごとの合計に対して1回だけ丸めます。作った書類は端末内に保存され、ご希望であればiCloudでほかの端末と揃えられます。
Kicchiri Seikyu lets sole proprietors create invoices and estimates on iPhone and export them as PDFs. The layout follows the required items of Japan's qualified invoice system, and consumption tax is rounded once per tax rate. Documents are stored on your device, and you can optionally sync them across your devices with iCloud.

取引先や商品を登録しないと作れませんか？Do I have to register customers or products first?
要りません。宛先も品名も、その場で打てます。次からも使いたいときだけ「登録する」に印を付けてください。印を付けなくても、その帳票はそのまま完成します。
No. You can type the recipient and item names directly. Tick “register” only if you want to reuse them later; the document is complete either way.
「一式」のように数量も単価も無い行は書けますか？Can I add a line with no quantity or unit price?
書けます。数量と単価は空のままで、金額の欄に直接打ってください。「足場架設・解体 一式」のような行はこれで作れます。見出し・小計・値引き・自由文の行も足せます。
Yes. Leave quantity and unit price empty and type the amount directly. You can also add heading, subtotal, discount, and free-text rows.
消費税の端数は、どう決まりますか？How is consumption tax rounding handled?
税率ごとの合計に対して1回だけ丸めます。切上・切捨・四捨五入は編集画面の「税の扱い」で選べます。明細ごとに丸めて足す方式は適格請求書では認められていないので、用意していません。
Rounding is applied once to the total of each tax rate. You can choose up, down, or half-up. Per-line rounding is not offered, as it is not permitted for qualified invoices.
A4に収まりますか？ 印刷すると崩れませんか？Does it really fit A4 without breaking?
収まります。列の幅は打った内容では変わりません。長い品名は折り返し、それでも入らないときだけ小さくなります。プレビューの右下に枚数が出るので、送る前に確かめられます。印刷するときは、用紙に合わせて縮小する設定をオフにしてください。
Yes. Column widths never depend on what you type. Long item names wrap, and only shrink if they still do not fit. The page count is shown in the preview. When printing, turn off “scale to fit”.
データはどこに保存されますか？Where is my data stored?
このiPhoneのアプリ領域に保存されます。開発者のサーバーへは送信されず、広告・解析のSDKも入っていません。iCloud同期を入れた場合は、お客さまご自身のiCloudアカウントの中に保存されます（開発者は中身を見られません）。
In this iPhone's app container. Nothing is sent to developer-operated servers, and there are no ad or analytics SDKs. If you enable iCloud sync, data is stored in your own iCloud account, which the developer cannot access.
ほかのiPhoneと内容を揃えられますか？Can I sync with another iPhone?
「データ」の画面で「iCloudにも保存する」を入れてください。同じApple アカウントの端末で内容が揃います。切り替えたあとは、アプリを一度閉じて開き直してください。同期の状態（最後にいつ届いたか、失敗していないか）は同じ画面に出ています。
Turn on “Also save to iCloud” on the Data screen, then close and reopen the app. Devices signed in to the same Apple Account will stay in sync. The same screen shows the current sync status.
データが消えないか心配です。控えはありますか？I'm worried about losing my data. Are there backups?
「データ」の画面に、自動で取ってある控えが日時つきで並んでいます。1日に1回、内容が変わっていれば自動で取ります。「書き出す」で .chohyo ファイルとして手元に残すこともでき、取り込みは既存の書類に追加する形なので、上書きで消えることはありません。
The Data screen lists automatic backups with their timestamps, taken once a day when something has changed. You can also export a .chohyo file. Importing adds to your existing documents rather than replacing them.
インボイスの登録番号は、どこに入れますか？Where do I enter my invoice registration number?
編集画面の「自社情報」を押して入れます。「自社情報として登録する」に印を付けておくと、次に作る帳票へ自動で入ります。免税事業者の方は空のままで構いません。
Tap “Issuer” on the edit screen. Tick “save as my issuer profile” and it will be filled in automatically next time. Leave it blank if you are a tax-exempt business.
領収書・納品書・発注書は作れますか？Can I create receipts, delivery notes, or purchase orders?
現在のバージョンは請求書と見積書の2種類です。領収書・納品書は今後の更新で追加を予定しています。ご要望はメールでお知らせください。
The current version supports invoices and estimates. Receipts and delivery notes are planned for a future update. Please email us with requests.
買い切りですか？ 毎月の料金はかかりますか？Is this a one-time purchase?
買い切りです。購入後に追加の料金はかからず、月額・年額・自動更新もありません。アプリ内課金もありません。価格はApp Storeの表示をご確認ください。
Yes. There are no further charges, no monthly or annual fees, no auto-renewal, and no in-app purchases. Please check the App Store for the current price.
機種変更するときは？What should I do when I change devices?
iCloud同期を入れておくと、新しい端末で同じApple アカウントにサインインするだけで揃います。同期を使っていない場合は、古い端末の「データ」画面から .chohyo ファイルを書き出し、新しい端末で取り込んでください。
With iCloud sync enabled, signing in to the same Apple Account on the new device is enough. Otherwise, export a .chohyo file from the Data screen on the old device and import it on the new one.
